We want to provide you with the highest quality products, and for certain items, they are crafted specifically for you after you place your order. Here's what you need to know about order processing and shipping time:

   • For items that are ready to ship, our dedicated team at Bonny Boss will begin processing your order promptly. We strive to process these orders within 1-2 business days, ensuring that each item is carefully inspected and packaged with the utmost care and attention to detail.
   • For items that are made to order, please note that they require additional time for production. The specific processing time for made-to-order items will be clearly indicated on the product page. It typically ranges from 5 -14 business days.
     
     

2. Shipping Time:

   • Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, the shipping time will depend on your location and the shipping method you select during checkout.
   • Domestic orders within USA can expect delivery within 3 - 7 business days after the item is shipped.
   • International orders may take longer due to customs procedures, distance, and other factors. The estimated delivery time for international orders is typically 14 - 21 business days after the item is shipped.
   • Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may impact the delivery timeframe. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during such instances.
