SHIPPING:

Customers in USA

We ship via USPS. We select the cheapest tracked parcel option which is unfortunately not the cheapest option, but it is the safest. 

International Customers

We ship via FedEx/UPS. We select the cheapest tracked parcel option which is unfortunately not the cheapest option, but it's the safest. 

PAYMENT

Currently we accept PayPal via our Etsy store. Credit cards or any other payment method will be available soon on our website.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. However, if there is a malfunction or failure that occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection. 

RETURN

If there is a situation you want to exchange/return, then you can return to our workshop address “11201 Ed Brown Rd, Unit A, Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, 28273”

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way. 

If a leather is not available at the time, another leather can be suggested that is similar. Availability of leather varies depending on demand and supply. Leathers can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.
